Dearly beloved 4E4,

the past 2 years and 4 months spent with everyone has been magical and fun. Our reputation as Bane of the Faculty has been well-earned, but now the time has come for this title to be nothing more than a distant memory in our minds. After this post, this blog will stop being updated. In other words, this post is the will of our class, of our blog.

I know the sayings "Secondary school years are nothing more than distant memories" or "Secondary school years are windows into the eyes of someone else" are tossed around alot, but I sincerely hope everyone remembers the memories for what they are: The best times of your adolescence. These memories aren't fading. These memories never will.

They will live, as long as we continue to think about something related to our class at any point of our lives, be it a memory of Mrs Nair squeaking "Comp~uter games," in class, or Ms Rabiah gliding into class with a scowl on her face.

With this final epitaph, it's time to close this chapter of our lives with one final GOODBYE.

This time you'll only have to pay for the board, and food will be consumed at Macdonald's or some other fast food outlet in the vicinity. It's finally here!!!
4E4 Beach Outting 2009

Yeah! Our first outting as a class in the year of the Oxxx, 2009! So here's the 411 fo' ya'll ma homies (Laamme rapper slang - It's the beer talking)!!! The 4E4 beach outting will most likely be held this Saturday, so everyone who is fretting over the results will at least have one more day to distress and get "moral support"!

So here's what's gonna happen:

4E4 BEACH OUTTING
•Around 10 - 11 am, gather at Vivocity
•After buying some snacks and beverages, we will move out to Sentosa via SkyTrain/Monorail/Thomas the Train
•Once at the beach, we will most likely go to Siloso beach
•Time for icebreaker games and beach volleyball!!
•Lunch.
•More beach volleyball and games!!
•For those who are feeling brave, swimming!!!
•High tea.
•More games!!!
•Higher tea.
•Seashell picking/ Hermit crab picking time (Your chance to bring home souvenirs - Liang Jay will help you to engrave "E4 rawkz!!" on the shells/ hermit crab's claws etc.)
•Go bathe and other girly stuff
•Go back to Vivocity
•Purchase Dinner and eat at sky roof
•Play games like Twister and such!!
•Leave for home satisfied

Good plan? Good plan? The lunch/high tea/higher tea menu will most likely be food made by our hidden chefs and brought along, like a potluck. Those who will be going, please state so on the class blog's tagboard!! C'mon c'monnn guys, it's our last chance to mingle and have fun as a class, so why miss the golden opportunity? For those who have confessions to certain people and have yet had the chance to do so, this is your last chance!!!

FYI: that really isn't the coolest name out there, please pick a slightly more enigmatic name and something more fearful at least. I have a feeling it's Mr Ho MD though, lame has always been his style. But seriously, at least pick a nicer name? Like ruler_in_beltz or xXmedic_boiXx or something la.

In other news...

4E4 beach outting planning is under way. Most likely, the beach outting will be held a few days before results come out (for moral support reasons) and after that we have the dreadful results to worry about. Just think of it this way: you're going to the beach to eat food, be with your friends, another chance to drink beer, play beach volleyball, and for those who feel that they don't really wanna see their results, there's an island off Siloso beach, just swim to the centre of the water body and pretend you have leg cramps. In case anyone is planning that, we aren't liable for any losses. Hehe

'O' level results will be out... most likely on 9th of January. Pray and pray and pray its what you want and don't regret like I already do.

Okay everybody, hope you all had fun at the chalet! Sure, we started off on the wrong foot and there were a few tense moments initially but it was fun in the end! We went, we bonded, we left as a stronger class.

Boohoo for those who did not go, especially Mr Ho Ming Da that little pang seh kia. Suggestions on how to punish him are very very much welcome and we will contribute to your CPF if you come up with good punishments.

Here's a look at some of the highlights of the chalet:

-meeting at Pasir Ris Interchange, sorry for getting there late despite suggesting 1215!!

-the arrival of Jun Rong, upon which he was banged on the bed and hurt his foot.

-arrival of various miscellanous people

-arrival of Mrs Phee, following which everyone watched the Little Nyonya!

-Zhi Hong could stay over! (woohooooo!!!)

-visiting Red House, where everyone had a good time scaring themselves psychologically. (Amirul and I still believe that there was a pennangal in the shaking bush)

-drinking of booze, after which I went into horny mode and tried to bang Naufal

-telling of ghost stories, which Amirul did his best to spoil with alterations to certain words (He said hell notes was "helmets")

-telling of lame jokes to defuse the tense atmosphere
-everyone fell asleep despite agreeing to stay up all night long

-woke up feeling shagged
-we all went for breakfast and parted ways

I still think we should have taken class photos at the chalet!!

Anyone who feels that this "E4 Chalet" thing should be made into an annual affair, please speak your mind on the tagboard. If a majority of the class agrees on it, we will make it into an annual thing.

The Final Provision
of information for the class chalet is here! This entry will cast away all doubts and insecurities anyone may have regarding the class chalet! The previous blog entry was full of confusions and mix-ups, credit goes to me as usual. Sorry for the mix-ups and confusions everyone encountered in the previous entry!! Okaye here goes

First and foremost...

This has been repeated countless times, but it's better that I nag and nag and nag than you all forget the date for the chalet. The chalet will be held this Wednesday to Thursday, or 17th December to 18th December for the mathematicophilia-people of our class. You know who you are.
With regards to the meeting time for those who are not helping out with preparations and the "aunty work", please come anytime from 4pm to 6pm. Cause the security gaurds won't let anyone in after 6. That and he's joining us for the cook-out. The chalet number will be confirmed on a later date, and I will mass-message everyone the details when I have them.

Coincidentally...

Those who have ice-boxes, storage containers for the drinks and other disposal utensils, please bring them! Save the Earth, by preventing the purchase of additional plastic materials.

About the money...

Funny thing, it got lost. Just kidding!! But still, those who have not paid for the chalet, please head down to petal mac tomorrow afternoon at 2 to 4 to pass the money to Soleha or Amirah. Try to pass the money to them as early as possible, it's already nice enough that people are willing to stay in a place that smells of stale fries and bad cologne for 2 hours to wait for a few people to pass them money.

That about sums everything up, and hope everyone enjoys the chalet!!

Olympics and National Day together this year. Although most of us can't go to

the Olympics, at least you'll be able to see this picture and laugh your guts out.

Have a great National Day holiday, don't forget to do Mr Ho's homework or he'll

scream, we have Geography on Tuesday so bring your textbooks or the toyol will

steal $1 from you, don't forget that there is a Physics test next week, watch the

Today was cross-country day and I'm proud to say that E4 did relatively well. Congratulations and I want everyone to give themselves a pat on the back and a round of applause for their hard work!!! Ok you don't have to give a round of applause, later your family members think you're crazy.

The Tri-Wizard Champions of E4 are as follows:
Hasif of Slytherin, 5th in the entire upper-secondary dudes cohort!!!
Mr Ho Ming Da of Slytherin, 1st in the teacher's category race!!!
Liang Jay of Slytherin, who ran in the blazing heat!!!

I would also like to congratulate Pei Wen, Kexin, Seet Leei, Rachel, Amirah, Syazwani, Chu Shiuan, Zhi Hong and Jia Ji. These courageous Damaians withstood the extreme heat and the test of time and managed to get within top 100 in their cohorts!!! If I missed anybody out, please tell me and I will update this post. Everybody else, good job for taking the effort and time to run!!!

Okaye, tomorrow is National Day. Don't forget to watch the National Day Rally tonight and the fireworks display tomorrow night. Rest well and study hard everyone!!

Random Event

Our class has been steading for 1 year and 9 months liao. So far, we have maintained
democratic peace and racial harmony. Racial riots have never occured and under the
eminent rule of King Ho Ming Da, there have been no civil wars this year. Our stock market
has never crashed, only Naufal crashed into a pillar last year at chalet. In order to commemorate
one year and nine months of peace and prosperity, we have decided to give everyone limited
edition memo-books by the end of this year. What everyone has to do is simple:

Idea by Vanessa
1. Collect at least 42 post-cards
2. Each post card is for one person in our class.
3. Write down anything to that one person on the post-card.
4. Each person in the class will be responsible for all 40 of another person's post-cards,
e.g. Everybody has to write a card for jun rong, then all pass to me the card they write
for Jun Rong. See how it works?
5. The post-cards will then be seperated into 40 stacks. Each stack contains one card from every one person in the class.
6. Once all the cards have been collected, they will be hole-punched and metal binders will be put through them. (Don't worry, it does not hurt them one bit)
7. The cards will be given to everyone when they are complete.
8. Rinse and repeat steps 1 and 2.

Also, be prepared to write cards for Mr Ho, Mr Chua, Mrs Loke and Mrs Phee as they are the best damned teachers in the world. The list of great teachers will be regularly updated
so don't worry.

It may seem like a very tedious and time-consuming task, but actually all you have to do
is take 5 minutes before nappy time at night and write one card for one person, starting from
today.

The words that are written may not reach a thousand words, but they sure as hell
will paint a picture: The unity of Four-E-Four. And I swear to you, none of us will
ever forget that picture.

Prime Joker's Teachers' Day Rally 2008

Good evening to my fellow foursazers. The topic we are going to be focusing on this
year is education. Without education, there is no future for Singapore. Who do we have
to thank for our education? It's a 7-letter word starting with T. That is correct, Jun Rong.
We are talking about teachers. This year's teachers' day, we are planning a grand event of
epic proportions. We will be singing a song for the teachers. I don't know what song it is
though, ask Widad. I think its the song from Shrek 2. Anyway, we will be singing that song.
Other than that, we will also be presenting some presents to our beloved teachers. Which do not
include Mrs Nair, Ms Rabiah, Mr Quek and Mr Pek. Other than that, please chip in some of your
pocket money to the class fund so we can buy our beloved teachers some presents.
We can do this the easy way or the hard way. The easy way is just to give $2 to Siti Nadia and
we can all get on with our lives happily. The hard way is Xu Lei will sit on you as you give
Siti Nadia $2 and we get on with our lives. I will get on with mine happier but you may not
feel the same way after that. Anyway, teachers' day is coming soon. For those who lack class
spirit and give their own presents to the teachers, Naufal will set wild pigeons on you. You have been warned. That is the end of the speech. Thank you for your time and I wish you all a happy and eventful National Day.

Teacher's Day Tribute

Teacher's day is coming soon and as it is our last year in Damai, it is our duty to show the
teachers some LOVE!!! We want them to know that we appreciate them, that we love them
and that they mean more to us than just lunatics right? OK that's not really true. All I wanna
do on teachers day is stab Ms Rabiah with insults, make fun of Mrs Nair's pyjamas and maybe tell Mr Liow his stories are lame. BUT, (with the exception of Ms Rabiah and Mr Liow) the
teachers don't deserve this kind of treatment ma. You gotta admit, we wouldn't be where we
are today without their effort and passion. So what d'you say four-e-four???? Are you ready to make this the best damned teachers' day celebration for our beloved teachers????

Okaye this is how we'll do it:
Phase 1: For the whole of next week, the tagboard will be open for suggestions on what
to do for teachers' day. The best suggestions will be selected. The worst ones will be given to Ms Rabiah.
Phase 2: The following week, the best suggestions will be listed in the blog. Simply vote which idea sounds better on the tagboard.

MUST watch
Can all of you like just screw the O levels for a few hours and catch these movies? They're kinda good (damn I swear they're purposely coming up with all the cool movies this year)

First up is ... (cue drumroll)

The Dark Knight
Whats this movie about? Welll its pretty much about a man wearing tight body hugging armour showing off all his tight parts (I mean check out that tight butt and cute pecs!). So just chill out and head to your nearest cinema to catch The Dark Knight. I mean, why so serious?

Prom Night
Whats this movie about? Another teen-flick, sounds like one of the best this year by far. Its about this chick who watched her family get murdered by her teacher. And the teacher is put away in prison, but he escapes (figures). And sooo we have a typical horror movie with screaming girls and psychopaths wielding fruit knives. Speaking of which, any of you ladies wanna go to the prom with me at the end of this year?

So everybody just kick back and relax for a few hours. Then afterwards go home and panic for losing out on those few hours of study!!

Haha first of all, this is not a terrorist website. We are not going to fight Sinhalese after recess or something. This is a blog about 4e4 of 2008. Actually, you can call it our legacy.
