need someone to volunteer cooking beehoon .
( make it enough for at least 30 people to consume ) ,
& feel free to bring along any other food , drinks , tidbits , snacks and games that's within your limit .
ALSO :
- icebox / water containers
( 2 at least , for syrups and etc )
- disposables : cups&plates , folks&spoons , sticks
- equipments : aluminium foil , aluminium trays , skewers&tongs , brushes , firemesh , tissues
- sauces and others : tomato sauce , chilli sauce , bbq sauce , curry sauce , butter , honey , thrashbags
please do contribute these if you've leftovers at home .
will help us greatly on cutting down the cost plus keeping up with our limited budget .

JiaJi will also be calling most of you up ( trying his best to contact everybody ) to make further confirmations .
